Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Return & Refund Policy – Air-Dry Clay

Due to the nature of air-dry clay and handmade craft supplies, all sales are final unless the clay is unopened and unused.

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused, and factory-sealed air-dry clay only.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in original, unopened condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be issued at our discretion

Opened, used, or altered clay is not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and material integrity concerns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery

  • Delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier

  • Orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Storage & Care Disclaimer

Proper storage is essential for air-dry clay longevity. We are not responsible for issues caused by exposure to air, heat, cold, or humidity after delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
